Customer buys and pays by UPI
A customer purchases goods or services from a participating shop and pays through UPI.
CashNPay is a proposed cash-exchange network for Indian merchants. When your shop receives UPI payments from customers but needs physical cash for operations, we aim to bridge that gap for an agreed, transparent fee. We are validating the model with authorized providers before launch.
A customer purchases goods or services from a participating shop and pays through UPI.
The shopkeeper receives the genuine sale payment in the approved merchant payment arrangement.
The merchant asks to exchange eligible digital funds for physical cash through CashNPay's approved service.
Cash is paid, the transaction is reconciled and the agreed fee is recorded under the authorized operating model.
Important: the customer's UPI payment must represent a genuine purchase. CashNPay serves the merchant after that sale. It is not for payments where no purchase took place.
| Eligible digital funds | ₹10,000 |
|---|---|
| Agreed fee (example: 1%) | ₹100 |
| Cash supplied | ₹9,900 |
Actual fees and how they are applied depend on your agreement and the approved operating model.

We are building in stages, and each stage depends on the one before it.
Confirm the legal structure, speak with banks and authorized providers, and test real merchant demand.
Start with a few eligible businesses in one market and test the process, cash availability and reconciliation.
Add merchants once the pilot shows sustainable economics, reliable controls and repeat demand.
Move into more cities only when provider capacity, compliance, cash logistics and profitability support it.

Not yet. CashNPay is validating its model with banks and authorized providers. Live transactions will only start under an arrangement they and the regulations permit.
Fill in the form in the Merchant Partners section to register your interest. On this page the form runs in demo mode until the site owner connects a secure backend, so nothing is sent and no application is received.
The intended model is an agreed service fee or commission, shown to you before each transaction. The example on this page (a 1% fee on ₹10,000) is only an illustration, not a quoted rate.
Keep the payment reference and contact support. Reversals and disputed payments are meant to be handled under the agreement. Never share your UPI PIN or OTP with anyone.
